      Order Confirmation:

      As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  Next, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

      Order Shipment:

      If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, most products will ship within 1-3 business days with a 3-5 business days transit time. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

      Can I return a ATN product for a refund?

      Yes, but it must meet specific qualifications:

      1. Purchased from us directly
      2. Notify Shop Binos  (returns@shopbinos.com) of the intent to return the item(s) within 30 days of shipping date.
      3. The item(s) must be in their original condition and unopened.
      4. Approved via Return Authorization Number
      5. Please contact returns@shopbinos.com for your Return Authorization Number before sending item(s). 
      6. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned unless the return is a result of an error made by Shop Binos.
